These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tk10e platform, including its website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). tk10e is operated for the exclusive benefit of adult players aged 21 years and above located in Bangladesh. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on tk10e are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction, unless a specific promotion states otherwise. The maximum withdrawal per day is ৳200,000 unless your account has been upgraded to a higher tier following additional verification.

Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. tk10e is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile network operator or payment provider. For withdrawals, you must use the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests are reviewed for compliance before processing. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction above ৳50,000.

• Deposits made by third parties on your behalf are not permitted and will be returned to the source.

tk10e offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion description. General bonus terms apply unless superseded by promotion-specific terms. Bonuses are awarded to a player's bonus wallet and must be distinguished from real-money funds; both are displayed separately in your account dashboard.

The Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000 on first deposit carries a 20x wagering requirement applied to the bonus amount. The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or opening an account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players, match-fixing, or engaging in any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to exploit the Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds to generate unfair winnings.

tk10e monitors all account activity continuously. Any pattern of play that is inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming — including but not limited to systematic arbitrage, bonus harvesting across multiple accounts, or suspicious withdrawal behaviour — will be investigated and may result in account restriction.

All content on the tk10e Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of tk10e or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any content or intellectual property belonging to tk10e.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal and recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or public display of Platform content without the prior written consent of tk10e is strictly prohibited.

tk10e collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with them.

tk10e reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the Platform. We will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, but it is your responsibility to check for updates regularly.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and request account closure by contacting our support team at [email protected].
